Public Lands Commissioner Patrick Lyons has said repeatedly that resolving trespass and poaching issues is the prime objective for the proposed land trades in the White Peak area. But law enforcement reports from GMU 48 composed by the Department of Game and Fish show only a handful of trespass and poaching problems, along with numerous complaints that proved unfounded.
